Instructions to make Pizza

  1. Add yeast to warm water and leave for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt together in a mixing bowl. Add vegetable oil and mix properly.
  3. Add yeast and water mixture to the dry ingredients and knead dough properly.
  4. Cover dough, keep in a warm place and leave dough to rise for about 1 hour.
  5. Place your dough on a table that has been dusted with flour and spread out until it's half an inch thick and round to fit in a pan.
  6. Place flattened dough in a flat pan (if you do not have a pizza oven stone) and start adding your toppings.
  7. Spread tomato sauce on the dough first. Add cheese. Add vegetables and meat. Sprinkle mashed stock cubes, curry and thyme on it. Add pepperoni slices on it.
  8. Bake the pizza in an oven with heat of 350° F or 180° C for 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
